Chris Jorgensen, Convergent Strategy, has brought a new level of strategic planning to the Love INC Littleton affiliate. This is the third strategic plan creation I have overseen during my tenure, and the best process we have engaged. Chris educated the board about what we are creating, and brought valuable tools to the process. Chris encouraged a cross-section of Staff, Board, and Stakeholders to achieve a balanced plan and follow-up execution. Together we have created timelines, milestones, and outputs. We first assessed our organizational health, then sought input from stakeholders including churches, volunteers, donors, and participants. The input we received from these steps alone is invaluable. The well defined process and Chris’ ability to keep us on track is producing our next strategic plan that will be owned and lived out by all.
